Submit directly to your insurer — we handle the paperwork
Your training may be reimbursable. Many insurance plans and HSA/FSA accounts allow reimbursement for medically recommended exercise and wellness services. With the right documentation in place, the work you're already doing may qualify.
The studio doesn't bill insurance directly. Instead, we provide everything your insurer or plan administrator needs to process a claim — you pay upfront, submit the paperwork, and receive reimbursement according to your plan's terms.

How Reimbursement Works
Most clients complete steps one and two before their first session, then receive their superbill at the end of each month or training block.
STEP 01
Get a Letter of Medical Necessity
Take the studio's LMN template to your physician. They complete and sign it, confirming that structured exercise is medically recommended for your condition.
STEP 02
Book and pay for sessions
Sessions are paid upfront using any payment method, including your HSA or FSA card directly. Training proceeds on your normal schedule.
STEP 03
Receive your superbill
At the end of each month or training block, the studio issues a superbill with all required provider and service information.
STEP 04
Submit and get reimbursed
Submit your superbill and signed LMN to your insurer or HSA/FSA administrator. Reimbursement follows your plan's terms.

Yes. An administrative fee applies for superbill creation and documentation management. This covers preparation, verification, and delivery of your documents. It is separate from session fees and is non-refundable.
A superbill is a detailed receipt used for insurance and reimbursement claims. It includes the studio's NPI number, taxonomy code, CPT billing codes, dates of service, and the total amount paid. Most insurers and HSA/FSA administrators require this document to process a claim.
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a document signed by your physician stating that structured exercise is medically recommended for a specific condition. The studio provides a template — your doctor completes and signs it. You use that signed letter when submitting your reimbursement request.
Superbills are issued at the end of each month or at the end of your training block, depending on your booking arrangement. Clients with the documentation support add-on receive delivery via email. A reissue fee may apply if a replacement is needed.
Reimbursement is based on sessions that were attended and paid for, as documented on your superbill. Missed sessions are not refunded and will not appear on your superbill. Your plan's rules determine what qualifies.
